How do you write words
when you are not dying?
Moreso, how do you do so while not living?
When you are not striving for the breaths
you take in the vein of your concaving lungs?
I’m trying to read more.
I want to live many times and
plan to die only once.
I do not perish while I respire—
reading everything including the kitchen sink.
Even that has its story.
