What’s a book or movie that genuinely scared you?

I suffer from nightmares, so I have to be extremely careful what I watch. When I was little, I watched Little Vampire and had to sleep on my sister’s trundle bed for weeks. It wasn’t even scary. My worst reaction to a movie? Blair Witch Project. I went up north with my family a week after watching it with my friends. My angelic sister held my hand as I sobbed. My dreams make me know the devil is real. I’ve had worse dreams since then, but that felt like the end of the world at the time– wow! I’ve even had sleep paralysis. Be careful what you consume. Some of my art is a little demonic. I think I inadvertently channel my negative energy into my art. It depends on where I am.
